My favorite new word: Sline

Sline: An Extramuros person with no special education, skills, aspirations, or hope of aquiring same.

From the Collins Dictionary:

A baseline is a value or starting point on a scale with which other values can be compared.
You’ll need such information to use as a baseline for measuring progress.
