Cold morning. AccuWeather claimed that it was 17ºF and felt like 11ºF. After an internal argument I got on my bike anyway and rode five miles to a meeting. Fingers felt frozen, but warmed up quickly once out of the cold. Then rode another five miles to Ohori’s for coffee and then into town to meet a friend for lunch. After lunch the sun had raised the temperature to just above 30ºF and the ride home was a pleasure. The glass of Malbec with lunch might have helped.
