I imagine Kasasoba is a play on words. In Spanish Casa means house and in Japanese Kasa can mean umbrella. Kasasoba is a restaurant in Santa Fe and I had dinner there again on Tuesday. Excellent Japanesque food with real wasabi. Nice sake selection as well.
On the wall of Kasasoba are old posters from the Godzilla movie series. One of them is in German and the title is: Guila, Frankenstein’s Teufelsei – what a great name for a rockband: Teufelsei
