Papaya + Yoghurt
Here is a something I have enjoyed since spending three months in India in 1978. Slice a papaya in half, remove seeds and fill with yoghurt. Best to use a yoghurt that’s not sweet, something like Pavel’s Russian Yoghurt for example. Hm… delicious and refreshing.

    that does look delicious…I was remembering how good the papaya was in India, not to mention the yogurt. I think it was the Buffalo milk that was used that made it sooo good!

    That really does look good. Where does one find Pavel’s Russian Yogurt? Trader Joe’s maby? I might be able to find info on the Net as well.
