Jon is working on a new album for Kanoa, who somebody dubbed the Hunky Hawaiian when he played saxophone in Luna Negra XL. Saxophone and lots of African percussion, and I am told he has a section in mind I will get to play guitar on. Kanoa is one of my favorite musicians. A man of unbelievable musicality and talent, so naturally I am looking forward to hearing his new stuff.
Please let us know when Kanoa’s album is out. I’m sure there are some among us who might buy it.
