Wash four cups of short-grained rice and cook in the rice cooker.
Meanwhile, prepare 1/4 cup each shoyu (soy sauce), sato (sugar) and mirin (rice wine for cooking) into a sauce pan. Put mixture on stove and boil for approx. 15-20 min.
Add to the shoyu, sato and mirin the Spam which has been cut into 1/4″ slices….
