Spaghetti Carbonara

I made Spaghetti Carbonara for dinner yesterday. Discovered I did not have any flat-leaf parsley, and substituted Baby Arugula instead. Hm, tasty. Arugula has a nutty flavor, which complimented the pasta and bacon. Above title links to an earlier post of my recipe.

I did try this recipe and it came out very well…will have to try the arugula variation. Jury is still out on the flat whisk…

One of my very favorite things to eat. I have three famous chef’s rendition, Giuliano Hazan, Marcella Havan, and Ottmar Liebert’s. I follow the latter’s recipe.
except for the Arugala. I don’t know what that is….
