Planting in Santa Fe

The last few days it was warm, in the sixties and seventies. Today the temperature has dropped to between 30 and 40F and it has been snowing for a few hours now. Snow covers the flowers and the cherry and pear blossoms. Old Santa Fe wisdom says to not plant anything before May 15th, but of course like many others we have planted some flowers already…..
