Today’s piece is a unreleased and unnamed bossa from 1993. It was recorded during the sessions for The Hours Between Night + Day in Santa Barbara, California. I have no notes from the sessions, but it sounds like the musicians were:
OL – guitars
Jon Gagan – upright Bass, synthesizer + piano (listen for the unison between upright bass and piano about two thirds into the piece)
Davo Bryant – kick drum + dumbek
Mark Clark – percussion effects
Osamu Kitajima – koto
