People are always climbing the walls of the Hohenzollernbrücke, the main railway bridge across the Rhine in Köln. Will this guy climb bare-footed?

I think it’s too close to the wall to be for bikes.. so I’m thinking water drain…no..no…it’s got to be a bike ramp! I agree with Yumi!! Bike ramp.!
I suspect it’s designed so that the skateboarders do not collide with pedestrians on the steps! ;-)
