I am reading Alex Ross’ book “The Rest is Noise”. LR sends me an email about Golijov and his album Oceana. I find his older work Ainadamar and download it as well. I open the accompanying PDF and discover that Alex Ross wrote an introduction. Fountain of Tears. Evocative title.
