Instead, he visits schools to tell stories in the Native American tradition.“Within our various cultures, the storyteller was often a man or a woman whose job it was to keep the memory of those things that we need alive, for without the memory of those things we will not survive. I fully believe that, as a storyteller, one of my jobs is to do a similar thing: to share with people, especially children, those stories that will help them to make the right decisions.”
