BBC NEWS | World | Americas | US state tightens abortion laws
The South Dakota law – approved by the governor on Monday – makes it a crime for doctors to perform terminations. Exceptions will be made if a woman’s life is at risk, but not in cases of rape or incest.

The emphasis is mine. Back to the middle ages, apparently. Some sicko rapes his 13 year old daughter in SD, and the law will force the girl to be a parent? Well, even in SD women are allowed to vote. I hope they will make their voices heard.
