I haven’t been home since my mother died in 1994. Over the last year the desire to spend a little time in Cologne has grown a lot.

I was checking out the wikipedia entry on Cologne and found my name in very illustrous company. Böll – what a fantastic writer! I read many of his books. Udo I have met a few times in L.A. and if there is such a thing as a Cologne-vibe, he has it.
