Real Wasabi
Consumers of sushi know “wasabi”, or think they do. The truth is, what passes for “wasabi” is typically a mixture of horseradish, mustard, corn starch and food coloring. Most “wasabi” isn’t, and many products claiming to contain “wasabi” don’t.
I guess I might soon show up at Sushi restaurants with my own wasabi… Will have to try this.
