Yesterday I made pasta for dinner. I used a brand of spaghetti we discovered on evening at La Brilla in Tuscany – also see THIS post. The brand is Latini and I found this store online that carries it in the USA. The dish at La Brilla was called Spaghetti di Latini and we thought it might be the name of the dish, but found out that they actually named it after the brand of pasta. I made a simple dish of spaghetti with olive oil, some freshly ground black pepper, parmeggiano and a little lemon juice. Very tasty! Great pasta. Almost tastes homemade!
