The Commonwealth of Virginia has authorized the creation of the United State’s first Tibetan special license plate – and you can be the first to get one! As the designated sponsor of this new license plate, the Conservancy for Tibetan Art & Culture is now collecting the initial applications for the first edition of these plates. The DMV will print these new plates after CTAC has collected the minimum required number of applications (350) and forwarded them to the DMV. The DMV will then process the collected applications and send your new Friends of Tibet plates directly to you.
