from an email I received:
I have viewed some of your photos on Flickr, and really like what I’ve seen. I want to know if you have any prints available for sale.
I am glad you like the photos. Feel free to download any photos you like and either make prints yourself or take the files to a store and have them make prints for you. Note: there are photos by Salma, my bother Stefan, and Walter Need on my Flickr account. Those photos are copyrighted and are not included in this license. When in doubt check Additional Information for each photo. That is listed in the photo view on Flickr.
I have decided to use a Creative Commons license for my photos on Flickr. The license I selected is Attribution/Share Alike. That means this:
You are free:
– to copy, distribute and display the photos
– to make derivative works
– to make commercial use of the work – all under the following conditions:
1. Attribution. You must give the original author credit.
2. Share Alike. If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under a license identical to this one. For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work. Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
By the way, this entire Diary uses the same license, which you can view by clicking on the Creative Commons button on the right side (scroll down… further down… ah there it is…)
You are too kewl for words!
