Yesterday I went by the Tibetan store on Canyon Road and bought some prayer flags. Then I thought, it might be beautiful to use some in our stage design this year, especially since I decided to use a lot of black this year – wearing all black the musicians disappear putting more emphasis on their hands and the instruments.
Before seeing the title, this looked like Papel picado. Nice idea “disappearing musicians”.
