Four teams have been selected to create a master plan for the High Line. One will be selected in Fall 2004 to begin designing New York’s most exciting new public open space. These aren’t final plans; they’re illustrations of each teams proposed approach. The master plan itself will be developed by the selected team starting this fall, with many opportunities for you and the community to play a role.
