I am playing around with Plazes. Plazes might a good option for noting any restaurants, stores, hotels and other sights worth seeing we encounter on tour.

I am also messing with and Audio Scrobbler to see what music I can find. Similar to using Plazes for locations, which any member can comment on, Audio Scrobbler might be a nice way to share listening habits.

Unfortunately plazes is limiting itself to internet access points, which is too bad, because the software could easily be changed to include regular meat-space. I think they would find a lot more users if one could add plazes that do not have internet access, with the option to have them viewed either by the public, or only by friends. And plazes – bad name, isn’t it?
