Havana Club: We were in Mexico City for the second time. I believe it was the year 1993 or 1994. We were to play at the Auditorio Nacional.

The local promoter asked us what we would like to do one evening, after we had performed on several TV shows and I had given countless interviews. Who is playing here tonight was the usual answer. Well, there is a club here, where a Cuban salsa band plays every night. Alright then, off we go. The club was called Havana Club, named after the Cuban Rum brand of the same name. Until the early morning hours we listened to the band and had a little taste of Cuba.

lol I love the beginning of that:

Havana Club: We were in Mexico City for the second time.

:P Cool story, though, keep ’em coming! This will just be songs with places in the names, right?
