In 1992 we opened for Natalie Cole. We had been touring quite a bit between 1990 and then and I had asked our merchandise company to make some T-Shirts that said “BMF” in large letters on the front and in small letters on the back “Beats Moving Furniture”.
I presented one of these T-shirts to Natalie Cole. She looked at the back and said: “And I thought it meant Bad Mother F……”.
