220 Hz is the A an octave lower
110 Hz is an A another octave down
55 Hz is A again
Why did they make electricity ⚡️ cycle at 50 Hz in Europe and 60 Hz in the States? They *could* have gone with 55 Hz and then electric hum wouldn’t sound so out of tune.
