A few years ago I told Dan that I didn’t want to keep using 9V batteries in the Shure IEM pack. He said to send him the pack and he would figure something out. A few weeks later I had a custom Shure pack that ran on an AC adapter. It still works and I am still using it for every single show.
Very very well put…”Dan McKinley built stuff.”…captures the whole thing…he built things for me, he fixed things for me..all kinds of things..in all sorts of ways…Ill miss him greatly..he’s fixed me since I was 19 years old.
