Bought the book. Interesting forword by the abbot of the Shaolin Temple. Apparently Shaolin could be considered the birthplace of Zen (Chan in Chinese) as well as of Wushu. Near the temple is the cave in which Bodhidarma according to legend meditated for nine years.
