The wind blows a paperbag across the yard and makes it appear to be alive and independent. It moves around the asphalt, dancing gracefully one moment and marching blown-up and self-important the next. After a while the wind turns and the bag becomes still. Now a candywrapper blows across the yard…
We are in Clearwater today, in the lovely Ruth Eckerd Hall. Both busses are quietly running on shore-power. Steve is excited about the lights available to us today and Jon is playing the intro of Heart Still/Beating on the piano.
