I remembered the beginning of the movie Vengo (from the director who also made Latcho Drom), where a few people walk down a path to a rowboat that takes them across a small river. Then the walk up on the other side and enter a house, where they listen to Tomatito perform unamplified with a small band…
I thought that this would be interesting: to find a few very unique places (((a house, a cave, a natural amphitheater?))) in or near Santa Fe, where we could produce private concerts for small groups of people (((25-50?))). The musicians would (((well, I know that I would!!))) love the fact that they are performing un-amplified and the audience would experience something very unusual and special. And no, I would never record these concerts. They would remain a personal remembered experience.
I saw the movie, that would be interesting concert.I agree with you.
Can I come?
This would be fantastic, and I agree that it would have to be in front of a small audience, non-amplified, and could definitely never be recorded. Recording it would spoil the entire spirit of the event.
sounds like a good idea if one could afford it.
