I am on the phone, doing an intervew with Deepak Chopra for his Sirius sat-radio show. Not sure when it will air. They are playing “Surrender 2 Love” right now, because they can’t find any of my more recent music.

I do like him. He’s done so much to bring alternative medicine into the mainstream. I’ve read many of his books, and my daughter-in-law’s life was saved at a Norfolk hospital in a large way by him.
I didn’t know he had a regular show. Can’t wait to hear your interview.

Maybe he needs a map that guides his way to the Listening Lounge….

Cool. I’ve listened to his talks over at IN. Good stuff.

Nice shot, reminds me of my dream of being holed up in a cabin for the winter with lots of books and firewood.

“Surrender 2 Love” is beautiful, it’s my wife’s favorite. Dr. Chopra should get a little more up to date. There’s some great recent stuff, especially on “One Guitar”. I really like “Thunder, and the wind plays with a leaf”.

    Ottmar,
I sat and listened to you at the Kiva Autitorium in downtown Albuquerque back in the mid 90’s I believe. It was a great show, simple and satisfying as a fine feast.

I’ll be hosting the Raices (Roots) music program this Saturday on 89.9 KUNM FM, January 12th and Jan. 26th. from 2pm to 4:45.
I will have the great priviledge and pleasure of putting on spicy and colorful music. I do put on your stuff from time to time. If you have time and think you might like to have a little chit chat over the phone that would be tremendous. 888-277-5615. If you are not already aware of the radio station you can check-out the web page at http://www.KUNM.org
My radio name is Maria Elena.

In any case thanks for providing us with so much good music through the years. A couple of times I’ve dedicated your “Santa Fe” to the people listening in Santa Fe and think what a thrill is to share that piece with them. Thanks again!
