Santa Fe Slideshow

Took a walk this morning. The light was inspiring, sparkling, clear. The adobe walls looked solid, full of mass and weight, and the shadows were deep and connected the weight to the ground. The river was rushing as it so seldom does and there was a moment while I was standing on a footbridge, when a gust of wind blew blossum-petals across the water.

Very beatiful. Well done. You have a incredible eye for detail. My photos never seem to turn out the way I imagine them when I am looking through the lens of the camera. Out of curiosity: how many photos would you have taken to end up with 43 that you kept?

Love that sunbaked earthy color of the adobe walls and buildings. And the shadows stand out so beautifully. Thanks for the lovely walk!

It was so nice to see photos of my home (Santa Fe)on your page. I miss it quite a bit. You capture Santa Fe’s charm in picutes and music that bring it home no matter where I am in the world.
