Canton told me about these amazing ceramic titanium pans. They were on sale in Santa Fe over the holidays and I snagged me a nice 12″ pan. Canton is right, non-stick like no other! Since he warned me already, no pancakes have ended up on the ceiling… highly recommended. This seems to the best deal I found.
I have a scan pan and kettle and see through cover, and they are all I use anymore. I couldn’t believe it when they wrote it was okay to use metal utensils and to go ahead and put cold water in the hot skillet . It won’t warp. I believe it all now. it’s withstood my abuse and does a beautiful job of even cooking even with me.
